Cash Donations

A great option if you can’t attend the carnival, or are time poor and are unavailable to volunteer but still want to support the school. Local businesses are welcome to make cash donations below too, you will be added to the relevant sponsorship tier - Please add your business name under Pick Up Information. Every single donation helps us rope in vital funds for our school, so thank you for your incredible country spirit and support!

Goods Donations

We are wrangling up donations for our stalls and prizes - see the list below or better yet download our handy Donation Schedule. You can mosey on over to the stairs under the office or outside Kidszone to drop off your donations (with the exception of wine donations - we will organise a drop off point in week 9 of Term 3).

  • Sequins, Glitter, Jewels, Stickers, Feathers etc

    PVA Glue

    Acrylic Paint - bottles over 300ml (any colours)

  • Chips, Biscuits, Popcorn, Muesli Bars and other snack items  - Small packets, multipacks (individually wrapped)

  • Bags of Lollies - any size or flavours

    Lollipops - any size or multipacks (must be individually wrapped)

    Chocolate Bars & Blocks for Lob A Choc stall

  • Jars - plastic or glass jars with lids, at least 300ml, empty and clean with labels removed please.

    Lucky Jars - Fill the jars with items to win at the Lucky Jars stall (toys, lollies, chocolates, stationery, beauty items etc.)

  • Plastic Takeaway Containers

    Egg Cartons

    Berry & Tomato punnets

    Tin Cans - approx 400g, empty & clean with labels removed

  • Small toys (new), fidgets, bubble wands, keyrings, glow sticks etc - 

    Items you think the kids would love to win at our amazing games stalls.

  • 350ml Cans - any flavour

    Juice boxes/poppers.

    600ml Still or Sparkling Water

  • Donate your favourite tipple, your excess stocks, perhaps some unwanted gifts as prizes for the adults! Reds, whites, rose, sparkling… we aren’t picky!

  • When life gives you lemons… give them to us!

    • Lemons (week of Carnival only)

    • Caster Sugar

  • Cakes, Cupcakes, Brownies, Slices, Cookies etc.

    Please include list of ingredients to notify of allergies. All named containers will be available for collection after the Carnival.

All donated items must be clean, safe and in good working order.
Food items must be in sealed/intact packaging with expiry dates after 17th October 2026.

Volunteer

Our Country Carnival needs enthusiastic volunteers to help lasso some fun and make the day a runaway success. Whether you want to jump on a stall, help our little cowboys and cowgirls get crafty, or lend a hand with set-up and clean-up, we have a spot on the trail for you.

A volunteer sign up sheet will be available in the lead up to the Carnival if you would like to help out our wonderful team in one of the many great areas. No skills or experience necessary, just jump on in and help our kids!
